Wow i feel stupid for asking this but i just dont get it. What does the fortune cookie 'in bed' thing mean?

have you ever been to an chinese restaurant. And when people read their fortunes aloud they followed it with in bed? "you deepest desires will come true, in bed" "your hard work will pay off, in bed" etc. etc. everyone I know does that so I was like ::lightbulb:: "I want to make a fortune cookie icon, but what text should i put?" it just came to me :)
