My mum panics because I've given my phone number out a couple of times before; but people can't trace you from that. I think I know what I'm doing.
My friends arrange to meet up with these people for fucks sake, it's just my family are so over protective I always get caught out, lol.

I have met loads of people from the net and not one has been someone other than they said they were. I've even met people within hours of first speaking to them. 99.9% of people are genuine but of course your parents will worry, worrying is in their nature...sadly.

Once I turned 16 I met people all the time, before that my mum worried like hell. When I turned 16 however it was my decision and nothing bad has happened yet *touch wood*
