Stories From Europe, Part XIV

So, 4th of July in Toulouse. Unfortunately, that date doesn't hold the same significance for the French as it does for us. Still, we went to central Toulouse to celebrate with a representative from the American consulate. Oh Yuly...that sounds like a fantastic substitute anyways! Although a bit fancy...us Americans usually celebrate it the rowdy way with lots of beer and plenty of fireworks ;)

What's July 14th? (sorry, I'm not very familiar with French history)

Hey, this is a commonly misspelled word, seeing as how it's in another language, and I just took the opportunity to correct it.

July 14 = Bastille Day
