I had to take out my rook piercing.I'm so upset right now. What a waste of 75 dollars. (60 for the earring, 15 for the piercing). No one told my that you shouldn't get "exotic" piercings done with gold because your body rejects it. Not anyone I know, and definitely not the piercing guy. it'll be back! as soon as school's over I should have enough, I hope. i really hate the way my ear looks without it...it's going to be in my left ear next time though, unless my cartilage heals up in time to get it in my right again. i really wanted to get a different piercing, though, then my rook went and got retarded.

I don't know why I'm reading your journal, but I did, and I'm sorry. My rooks been infected for a while, but I'm too stubborn to take it out. All my piercings get infected, so this (to me) is no different. I'll be pissed when my ears crusts up and falls off, but until then.

I didn't know you couldn't pierce with gold. I can't 'cause I'm allergic to it. So anyways, pointless comment, really, but I hope you can get it pierced again.

My piercings get infected too, until I put gold in. So I figured I would just be able to skip the infection and jump straight to gold, but I was wrong.
