while i was at school and work
some maintenance people came in
to put a deadbolt on my door
and "fix" the massive mold problem
that i have.
i got back from my employee meeting to
discover a sizable number-two
in my toilet.

oh, also
when we got our break
half-way through art history lecture, i paused by the wall of windows
where this smoke was blowing from a big chimney
covering the sun, creating a sort of screen
that you could see the sun through without having the squint
and it was just very beautiful.
