My hair is retarded. I got brown streaks put in it today to see how it would look so I could decide if I wanted to dye it completely for the one acts. The dye is “semi-permanent” meaning it lasts 30 days or so. You’re supposed to put it on, wait 25 minutes and then wash it out.
