My classes are pretty good this semester. I am taking:

World History to 1500: this is boring but I've put off taking it for some reason. The teacher is really awkward but nice. We have to read Gilgamesh I don't even know what it's about.

What's the point of a comparative religions of Atlanta course if you're not actually going to go into Atlanta to experience at least a sliver of them?

That sounds like an insane class. Interesting, but slightly insane and like someone turned their dissertation into a course.

I'm glad you're taking Women in Islam, although not as fun as it would be if I were teaching it, still pretty fun. :o)

Exactly it's so weird. It's a survey kind of class that's just about introducing students to new subjects, but if I were teaching the class I would briefly go over the origins of at least the big 5 then the effect they've had on ATL. Then have the students right a final paper on visiting a service of another faith. BUT WHAT DO I KNOW?

True that. :) Maybe one day I'll be able to sit in on your classes. Hopefully you'll get to meet Fareeha Khan one day too. She is a total sweetheart.
