The characterizations are just perfect - Tosh is so much herself in her narration, and the way she sees Jack and the things he says feel just right. There's a lovely rhythm to the story, and a hush that fits these two - their happiness, their sadness, their connection, it's all quiet.
I love their post-first-time conversation (hee); I love the 'we'd have to get a pig to fly a ship into the Thames and it could get complicated' (hee again), and oh, I love the way you ended it, right in the middle of Owen and Ianto's argument, right in the middle of back-to-real-life.
Thank you again!!

*grins* I just had to finish their first-time with humour.
And the line about the pig was written down even before I knew how that subject was going to come up or when they'd discuss it, it was one of those lines that just comes out of nowhere.
I'm very glad you liked it. This was my first ficathon so I was so nervous about producing something you'd hate

I loved their relationship in the series, they just fit together so nicely as friends. I'd played with this idea before I got the assignment but never quite got anywhere with it, so having something to make me work on it was good.
For me at least, this is the one scenario where they could have a long term relationship, I really believe that Jack would have kept his promise to take care of her. Jack isn't a one true love kind of man, but in a situation like the one I put them I don't think anything could have made him leave her.
I'm glad you liked this. Thank you for the review :)
