Hmm, long time no see my friends.
WARNING; LARGE ENTRY. [Seriously, no joke]
I'll be nice and do lots of LJ Cuts though =)
Okay so, prelim's were back in December. I'm fairly happy with my results except for one really.
RESULTS:
Maths - 1
History - 2*
Computing - 2**
Latin - 1
Physics - 2
Accounts - 2
Business Management - A
* I'm not happy about this. I can't rememebr whether I mentioned or not that I had to resit the Credit Enquiry skills. I was 3 marks off of a 1 and because Enquiry Skills counts for 60% of your grade, I neded up with an overall 2. The thing that's pissed me off is I was shown my ES mark for the original paper we did in the exam, and I got a 1 in that one. Not happy =(
** I only technically got a 2. In the prelim I actually got a 1 BUT, because of my practical it's a 2, BUT, that's not my fault. She only ever gave me a General Programming assessment meaning the highest I could get for the programming section is a 3, bringing my grade down. She's given me a credit assessment the now to do though so my grade gets bumped up. =)
You'll notice English isn't on this list. That's because I'm doing Int 2 English so my prelim was later on. See further down the entry for how that went...

SATURDAY 21st JANUARY.
I don't think I'll EVER forget that night >_<
So was up the town that day. Then me, Fergie and Vikki [Ferg's girlfriend], walked back to Fergie's house. Waited on him to straighten his hair, I left my bag and stuff at his house then went downt he road to Lucy's. So the party started, it wasn't bad. Kinda boring really but that's cause I'm boring and don't really like being around A LOT of peoplea nd I hate moving around a lot. I had some Vodka and some beer but nothing much really, was sober. Niall kinda didn't come near me the whole time we were in the house and then I saw him come downstairs with a fag in his hand so I was like "WTF" and kinda walked away out the house. I sat by the Mcowans factory at teh end of the road until I saw Sean. Grant and Fish running out the house. The police had been called so we all ran up the golfcourse. Then I decided to go back, (don't know why) and I found Niall walking up the road. I started walking back up to the golf course with him following me, it was only when I was getting nearer the tryst that I realised he was drunk. He was staggering and almost falling. So I pulled him over and put his arm over my neck to give him some support. I took him over to the grass at the Tryst and sat him doon cause he was gonna fall otherwise. Then, he started to spill his heart to me. I was gobsmacked at some of the stuff he said. He just blurted out all his feelings etc (some of what was said):
"I love you so fucking much, please don't ever leave me, please"
"You're so beautiful, everything about you is beautiful; your face, your body, your mind..."
"I love you so fucking much" - That was said A LOT.
It was so sweet but it made me a giggle a bit how he said this:
"I wanted you for so fucking long, but that prick Adam [HAHA] had you and I wiz like "aw no man" and it wiznae gid but then the day came that I finally got you and I wiz like "Awww yas man!"" <3
He called Fergie a cunt and said he thinks that Fergie is in love with me.
Thought I was gonna leave him for Ally =/ [Although I understand he's paranoid cause it happened to him before at the start of last year between him and Ally]
He told me a lot of other stuff too and just <3
And then he stood up again and was staggering around, then he threw up so I helped him stand and rubbed his back.
Then we had many trips to and thro between the Tryst and Tryst Road.
Haha when me and Grant took him back up the Tryst at one point, we went past the side of the Warriors Cluba nd this bright sensor light came on and Niall was like: "Woah is that God!" Me: "Yes, Niall thats god." Niall: "Wow I've seen god man" *giggles*
At one point Niall tried to convince Laurie that he was the pope. Which was funny. Jsut the look on Laurie's face and that "Yeah, you're the pope Niall *smile and nod*" Haha.
Lots of other stuff happened, then we went up to the golf- course where Niall went and lay next to Big C. Wee Ryan came up to me and was going "Wee Man got lifted, Wee Man! why him! It's no fair! He's been my best friend since primary school It's not fair It's not fair" and started crying, so I gave him a big hug.
The Big C was crying cause he thought Lucy was going to jail. [They were going out at the time but broke up a couple of days ago]
Then we all split up in the golfy 'cause the police were gonna come up and look for us so we split up into small groups.
I got stuck with:
Niall - who was completely rat-arsed.
Big C - Who was drunk and crying 'cause he thought his girlfriend was going to jail.
and Nicky - who wasn't just pissed, he was stoned aswell. Although, he did seem sober, he was talking sense.
And then me, I was the only sober one, stuck with 3 drunkards, one of whom was also stoned. Walking around the golfy.
Then after a lot of stuff we went back down to the hoose cause the police had gone. Niall got his hoodies and his bag. Then me, Adam, Niall, Goofy, Ginge, Fergie and Vikki [Dunno why those two came, Fergie and Vikki coulve jsut went back up the road to his hoose] walked to Falkirk at midnight to Ginge's old abandoned house. He lives across the road from it and uses it to have a sneaky fag all the time, so we climbed in through the back window. Twas fecking cold. But there was still furniture and stuff. Was quite funny cause Ginge was pissed and had drank like 2 and a half bottles of Mickey Finn's or something.
We all slept in the same room. Twas freezing. We'd sleep for 2 hours, wake up, muck around for a bit and then all fall asleep again and wake up 2 hours later and so on. Until it came to 10am when we figured the buses would start cause it was a Sunday. So we left the house and walked up to the Town to get a bus. I went back to Fergie's to get my stuff, Adam got on the bus with us to go hame to Bainsford and Niall got on too cause well he jsut went for a random bus journey cause his bus to Laurieston wouldn't come for a while.
Got my stuff from Fergie's, walked down the street and popped into Lucy's to see if everything was ok and how much shit she was in from her Mum. Big C, Bianca, Sean, Laura, Eilidh and Logan all had stayed there cause a few of them had been drunk and Lucy's mum said they could stay. Bianca had been copmletely wasted though, she was definately the worst. Although I'm sure Niall could've gave her a run for her money.
So after that I went to my sister's 'cause I smelt of fags and alcohol [Not really my fault, it was everyone around me], had a shower, got dressed [I keep some of my stuff there]and then went back out to Burnside cause Niall phoned and said he was coming down. So I went and met him, we went for Chappy and then we went back to Burnside. Mark came down too and hung with us. Then I went home and just fell asleep straight away on my bed.
And that was my eventful night. I'll definately not forget that in a hurry.

Okay this is just getting copied and pasted from my Myspace blog.
Wednesday 25th January [Burns night =)] I went to the Glasgow Barrowlands to see Fall Out Boy. I've been a fan of theirs for around a year and a half and had planned to see them on thier last tour but they cancelled due to commitments in the US and stuff. Would've been better back tehn 'cause less people had heard of them then...
So anyways, I got through about quarter past 7 and queued up. Got in about half past and hung around with my brother and this friend of his called Mickey. I was right down the front which was cool. The first band came on... I think their name was "Nightmare In View" or something =/.... No wait wait...it wasnt it was Nightmare Of You, close enough =/ . They were meh, alright I guess but I wasn't too fussy on them really. *Snorts* Teh bassist stood on the drumkit, knocking over the Drum mic, so the Roadie had to bolt on and fix it... Then the bassist jumped back off the drumkit just as the Roadie ran off, AND KNOCKED THE MIC OVER AGAIN. HA. TWAT. Poor Roadieguy.
Then Gym Class Heroes came on. They were well cool. Hip-hop kinda style. I was really impressed with them. I'd heard of them before, 'cause FOB are always bigging them up, and I had a track of theirs form my Warped Tour 05 album. They put on a really good show and I thought the bassist was really cool. He was a really good player. HAHA He smiled at me and gave me the finger at one point, so I smiled and gave him the finger back =). I was amused. So they played a couple of songs including:- Taxi Driver, Cupids Chokehold and Simple Living. Haha, during one of the songs Patrick ran on and started singing with them. He just suddenly appeared and then like two seconds later everyone was like "OMG PATRICK!". Twas funny. They had a good crowd interaction and I really enjoyed them. Later at the Merch desk I met Danashi [I think thats his name, I couldnt hear him right] and he does guitar/vocals. He was really cool man, and signed one of my leaflet things =). Really cool guy. I liked them so much I bought their tee-shiirt =)Along wiht a bright green Fall Out Boy one. <3 Oh and another thing about GCH that impressed me, they set up their own equipment and then afterwards packed it away themselves.

Twas such a good night. Pete's intro's to the songs were class:

"THIS SONGS ABOUT WHEN YOU'RE WITH A GIRL AND YOU'D BE BETTER OFF PLAYING VIDEO GAMES!... THIS IS I SLEPT WITH SOMEONE IN FALL OUT BOY AND ALL I GOT WAS THIS STUPID SONG WRITTEN ABOUT ME"
I liked how Patrick introduced Grand Theft Autumn for some reason Haha:
"*Something about video footage for friends back home... then started talking about Jay-Z* Y'all heard of a guy called JAY'Z!?Everyone make a diamond shape with their hands!!! EVERYONE DOING IT?!... Now say "Where is your boy tonight I hope he is a gentleman..."" and everyone sang the first part of the song. Twas cool.
BUT OMG DANCE DANCE WAS REALLLY GOOD. PETE WAS LIKE "GLASGOW ARE YOU FUCKING READY TO DANCE?!" and you knew it was coming! XD. During it, one of thier Roadies cam on wearina kilt and a wastecoat and was dancing on stage. He then flashed the drummer, took off his wastecoat, continued dancing for us, then as he made his way off mooned us all. *Snerk* Twas funneh.
Haha. Pete crowdsurfed! And security were going mental trying to get him back up on stage. He just disappeared =') . And you'd think he'd learn from that, but NO. Like two songs later he stands right in front of us and holds his bass up while he was playing [Y'know to let the folk at the back see that he can actually play bass ^_^] and everyone pulled him into the crowd ='). When he got back up on stage, after the song ended... He was like "Fuck you guys my ass hurts now!" HAH CLASS.
OHOHOH and during one song, about the third one in. The guitarist [I really should learn his name =/] He kneeled down and was playing still and Pete [Still playing bass] Leaned over him and licked all the way the neck of the guys guitar. Twas class.

Support: Can't remember the name of the first band and Fighting With Wire
Venue: The Garage, Glasgow.
Twas fairly good. First band were quite good. Although I wasn't really paying attention to them, I was busy trying to find Louise and Mark and co. Eventually found them and stood with them during the support bands.
Fighting With Wire came on, and they launched straight into their first song. Me and Louise started laughing 'cause he sounded like he hadny hit puberty yet! And when the song ended, he spoke and my god did he speak. IRISH ACCENT *Dies*. That just made him fucking sexy. They got quite a good reception and I didn't mind them.
Then they pissed off and everyone waited for InMe. During which they were playing songs so we all sang along. They played Chop Suey =) so everyone was singing and pushing and jumping and stuff. Twas cool.
Then, after waiting aaaaages, InMe finally came on. I don't really know many of thier songs but here's what I know they played:

Twas a good night, although they didn't really have that good a crowd interaction. Between songs it was mostly just "This next song is..." or "If you know this song sing the words!" and "If you know this band you know this song". But the playing was good and I got some good pictures:

Lately, I've been comletely hating English, I haven't been bothering. I just was like "NUT". But then it came to the prelim and I was freaking out. I mean c'mon an hour and a half to write 2 essays! And you have to know quotes off by heart >_<
So came the day, Tuesday 7th February. The day of the English prelim. I stayed on msn til 12 talking to Niall, then at 1 am something just clicked and I realised it was all good. Wrote down my quotes for TKAM and that was it. Spent half an hour memorising them and then I went to sleep. Woke up in the morning, had breakfast then went to school. I got a bit lost cause I'd stayed off the day before so I didn't know what hall I was in for the prelim but it was all good in the end.
Close reading was in the morning and I found it quite easy. All the questions were only worth 1 or 2 marks each which was good, although I found myself writing lines and then finding out the question was only worth 1 mark HAHA.
Then I had 2nd, 3rd and 4th period. Then lunch =) [Where I lost my glasses >_< ]and then the ESSAYS.
I managed the one on To Kill A Mockingbird in 50 mins and the one on Assisi [poem] in 40 mins. So it wasn't too bad, I felt okay but it was a load of pish I wrote =/. Now I'm just awaiting my result >_<.
I went to Carron Primary School for Work Experience which was a laugh/skive.
On Thursday I was with p2, Mrs Gillies. [I loved that class]
Friday I was with p3, Miss Semple [OMFG she has to say "Championey" every 5 seconds. It's fucking annoying and also her class liked to hit eachother and tell me silly stories.
Monday I was with P2, Mrs Miller where I didn't really do anything much. One wee girl said I was amazing and another one as she was going out the door was like "Bye Miss I love you" and looked at me and went "Bye I love you aswell *smile*" . =)
Tuesday I was with p1, Mrs Ferguson's class which was alright.
Adn then Wednesday was my last day so I got the choice. I went back to Mrs Gillies's class

I liked how Patrick introduced Grand Theft Autumn for some reason Haha:

BUT OMG DANCE DANCE WAS REALLLY GOOD. PETE WAS LIKE "GLASGOW ARE YOU FUCKING READY TO DANCE?!" and you knew it was coming! XD. During it, one of thier Roadies cam on wearina kilt and a wastecoat and was dancing on stage. He then flashed the drummer, took off his wastecoat, continued dancing for us, then as he made his way off mooned us all. *Snerk* Twas funneh.
Haha. Pete crowdsurfed! And security were going mental trying to get him back up on stage. He just disappeared =') . And you'd think he'd learn from that, but NO. Like two songs later he stands right in front of us and holds his bass up while he was playing [Y'know to let the folk at the back see that he can actually play bass ^_^] and everyone pulled him into the crowd ='). When he got back up on stage, after the song ended... He was like "Fuck you guys my ass hurts now!" HAH CLASS.
OHOHOH and during one song, about the third one in. The guitarist [I really should learn his name =/] He kneeled down and was playing still and Pete [Still playing bass] Leaned over him and licked all the way the neck of the guys guitar. Twas class.

Support: Can't remember the name of the first band and Fighting With Wire
Venue: The Garage, Glasgow.
Twas fairly good. First band were quite good. Although I wasn't really paying attention to them, I was busy trying to find Louise and Mark and co. Eventually found them and stood with them during the support bands.
Fighting With Wire came on, and they launched straight into their first song. Me and Louise started laughing 'cause he sounded like he hadny hit puberty yet! And when the song ended, he spoke and my god did he speak. IRISH ACCENT *Dies*. That just made him fucking sexy. They got quite a good reception and I didn't mind them.
Then they pissed off and everyone waited for InMe. During which they were playing songs so we all sang along. They played Chop Suey =) so everyone was singing and pushing and jumping and stuff. Twas cool.
Then, after waiting aaaaages, InMe finally came on. I don't really know many of thier songs but here's what I know they played:

Twas a good night, although they didn't really have that good a crowd interaction. Between songs it was mostly just "This next song is..." or "If you know this song sing the words!" and "If you know this band you know this song". But the playing was good and I got some good pictures:

Lately, I've been comletely hating English, I haven't been bothering. I just was like "NUT". But then it came to the prelim and I was freaking out. I mean c'mon an hour and a half to write 2 essays! And you have to know quotes off by heart >_<
So came the day, Tuesday 7th February. The day of the English prelim. I stayed on msn til 12 talking to Niall, then at 1 am something just clicked and I realised it was all good. Wrote down my quotes for TKAM and that was it. Spent half an hour memorising them and then I went to sleep. Woke up in the morning, had breakfast then went to school. I got a bit lost cause I'd stayed off the day before so I didn't know what hall I was in for the prelim but it was all good in the end.
Close reading was in the morning and I found it quite easy. All the questions were only worth 1 or 2 marks each which was good, although I found myself writing lines and then finding out the question was only worth 1 mark HAHA.
Then I had 2nd, 3rd and 4th period. Then lunch =) [Where I lost my glasses >_< ]and then the ESSAYS.
I managed the one on To Kill A Mockingbird in 50 mins and the one on Assisi [poem] in 40 mins. So it wasn't too bad, I felt okay but it was a load of pish I wrote =/. Now I'm just awaiting my result >_<.
I went to Carron Primary School for Work Experience which was a laugh/skive.
On Thursday I was with p2, Mrs Gillies. [I loved that class]
Friday I was with p3, Miss Semple [OMFG she has to say "Championey" every 5 seconds. It's fucking annoying and also her class liked to hit eachother and tell me silly stories.
Monday I was with P2, Mrs Miller where I didn't really do anything much. One wee girl said I was amazing and another one as she was going out the door was like "Bye Miss I love you" and looked at me and went "Bye I love you aswell *smile*" . =)
Tuesday I was with p1, Mrs Ferguson's class which was alright.
Adn then Wednesday was my last day so I got the choice. I went back to Mrs Gillies's class
