"i love you"
i'm giving you what i have left, this thing called my heart.
it's yours now, you can keep it all in one piece or tear it apart.
do what you wish, but just be smart.
i dont have to think about it, because i know i love you.
and the words i speak are more than true.
with you by my side, i'll always know what to do.
i'll always long for your touch and wait for your kiss.
because when the day's over with, you're the one i'll miss.
the way you make me feel, is more than bliss.
we'll be together forever plus a day.
because when i'm talking to you, i never know what to say.
i just pray you never turn your back and walk away.
i'll always have an open shoulder if you need to cry.
and i'll be there to make you smile when you feel like you want to die.
always keeping the words spoken to you true, no need to lie.
one day i'll be there to kiss away all your tears.
and hold you tight when there's something around you fear.
always by your side is where i'll stand, i'll never disappear.

simple words are no longer enough.
right now it's hard to fully believe, but soon it wont be so rough.
but we can make it through anything, we can be tough.
in my heart, is a place you can call home.
i promise as long as i'm alive, you'll never be alone.
as the days continue to pass, my feelings have grown.
now, you're the only one who can make me smile.
i wont go out without a fight, you're worth all the while.
if somebody asked me if i truly loved you, i wouldnt be in denile.
it's only a matter of time until i can hold you in my arms.
then i'll know you're safe from harm.
i know with time, i'll no longer have to wait for the mental alarm.
one day, i'll be able to kiss you good night.
and that's when my days will shine so bright.
because being with you, it feels so right.
