Pointy Hair

Hey guys I don't know if any of you noticed, but I was watching the 82' recording of the Sweeney Todd National Tour and I noticed that Sweeney's (George Hearn's) hairtips got progressively pointier and pointier at the back of his head. I don't know what his hairstyle is called, but the back of the head's hairtip edges are definitely getting

Wow ive never noticed that before!

As a media student I can say that im 99% sure it was deliberate, next time I watch that Im gonna be keeping an eye out!

My friend also made this observation when we first watched it a few years ago. If more than one person noticed then I'm sure something must be behind the pointed hair for Todd!
