Dima had just recieved an owl from his mum...he knew she was pregnant from her last letter, but she just found out that it was twins. His new step-father was an insurance agent or something of that sort, but Dima was never the one to grow fond of his mother's husbands. He went down to the lake with his guitar and began to play the song he had

Laura had just gotten out of class so she went up to the common room to shed her robes and put away her books. She looked around for Dima then after giving up headed down to the lake. As she grew nearer she heard guitar, with a smile she she started to walk faster to get to him. She approached him nearly out of breathe "Hi." she panted as she plopped onto the ground next to him.

"Hi there," he said and smiled. "Have fun at class?"

"Not really," she said as she wrinkled her nose. "I had double Potions with Ravenclaw today, Snape was furious I got it right so he said I cheated. And then we had Herbology with the Slytherins and this git Malfoy messed up my work." She turned to him and smiled "but I'm better now. How was your day?"

"About the same as yours...My mum owled me..." he trailed off thinking about her mother, "How's your mum doing?"
