Amanda says there's a better teacher, but if I can't get him, I really don't mind having to take her class. It's a little more comfortable because we already know each other and she knows my level of French and stuff. Plus I assume she is better at handling college students than she was at handling high school students.
OMG IF YOU'RE GOING TO TAKE FRENCH AT THE JC, TAKE TOOD STRAUSS!!! if he still teaches there, that is. and if it can fit into your schedule and he's teaching the class that you want to take, ect. he's, like, a BRILLIANT french teacher. well, i just really appreciate him because he really seemed to understand where a french language learner is coming from, so he challenges you, but doesn't do stuff that is completely over your head.
also, melin is probably better in the college classroom than in the high school classroom...i had her for my first semester of french at the JC. but yeah. todd strauss is better. just take advantage of the class to learn what you can from him rather than be a pansy like i was and not ask questions, ect.
oh yeah. nice to have you back ^^ it's nice to know about your life. you should write more about your crazy thursday nights. if you can remember them, that is.
