Minus the Bear has a new EP coming out in July--They Make Beer Commercials Like This. Man, it's going to be so awesome.

Also, Muse is definitely playing the Boston date of Curiosa. It's on their website. So fucking exciting! Now we just have to wait and see how much it's going to be...

Tickets were listed $30-$60 then it changed to $40-$75.
Yikes.
4 shows x $75 = a million dollars.

Hi! I just read your post on the Franz community and out of curiousity decided to check out your journal. So are you from Boston, too?

I'm from near Boston--about 20 miles north--but I go to school in New York. So I go to a lot of shows in both cities. Are you from Boston?

And this is just my music journal. I originally intended to use it for all music-related posts--mostly concert reviews--but then it kind of died. So I keep it now just to keep up with all my music, and keep track of shows. This is my real journal.

Ah, where outside of Boston? I myself don't live directly in Boston, I live about 15 to 20 minutes outside of it. I go to school here too, and I occassionally go to New York (I'm actually going down next week to see Franz).

Nice idea with the gig journal, by the way.

Ah, sorry, I didn't actually end up doing it. I came up with the idea just a few days before it was due, and I didn't have enough time to go through all his lyrics and re-read the Emerson and Thoreau to find corellations. I'm probably going to do it for the final essay we have due in a couple of weeks. I'll let you know if I do.
