seriously, our society disgusts me. a person is a person and no one should ever have the right to take that away. like im sure everyday you may hear someone use "fag" "lesbian" or "gay" cause i know i do, going to a catholic high school and all {some of the most closedminded people ever & we all know its true) but little things like that can be taken to far like the disgusting violence M. SHepard fell victim to. i feel nothing but respect for him

that always bothers me, when people call other people fags or lesbians or gay really casually. not that the particular person bothers me, just the act itself, or that people have gotten into the habit of using the terms so lightly. it's like....most of the time i probably dont even notice anyone say it until someone comes up and calls me a fag, and then im like...."what the fuck? that's not even in the right context. " and what i mean by babbling about that is that the names have changed from words representing specific people who the general population didnt accept to representing anything that anyone thinks is bad, therefore kinda...making fun of it, dragging it around in the dirt so to speak, making it worse ( ... )

you've got a very good point there on the meanings of words, i hadn't really thought of all the deffinitions.

i hadnt thought about a lot of points, actually, that was kinda a passion rant, so...yeah, i know there are gaping holes in my points, just for anyone who notices them and wants to make sure i know they're out there to know
