Melinda rarely stayed at the Hotel thing anymore. It was beautiful, in it's own weird way, and it was always raining out (something she liked), but.... They had lied. They said they had captured no-body in the attack on the underground. They had captured several people.

With her mother's laptop slung over her shoulder in the bag, and her iPod. Wandering around until she did find one of the better rooms, one that looked like they were a hotel room, and crawled into the bed. It was comfy, and warm. After getting the laptop set up, and the iPod started, she wandered over to the window, opened it, and looked out. The pool was right outside of it, but she was on the 'second' floor, above the pool. It was a nice pool, inside, and there was still water in it. It didn't look exactly clean, but she could still see the bottom of the shallow end. There were plants, and they were overgrown, but Melinda liked the jungle look. There was another, smaller fountain across from it.

Walking out on the balcony, she looked down, and just around, basically. Apparently, there were restaurants, and if she looked further, she could see a hallway leading to.... what?

Shrugging, she walked back into the room, and hopped on the bed, humming as she checked the Nexus.
