.....I'm letting you go on your little date thing... but immediately after? Like I said before, your butt's going up to the watchtower. No question's asked.

I've been nice up til now. So you better hold up your end of the bargin.

I don't mean to be hard-nosed about it, but I'm concerned for your well being. And if you don't go? I'm gunna tell Robbie-- and he'll seriously MAKE you go. Watch.

Barbara blinked. So it wasn't a "work" call.

"Dick-- oh-- hello." A smile was already growing on her face. "You ready for transport?"

Circuitry? I suppose this is what I get for not paying attention. I want you to get it checked out. ASAP. You shouldn't have waited this long.

Don't worry, Bruce. I'm now sitting in the infirmary of the watchtoer. And if you don't believe me, you're more than welcome to come up and see for yourself.

I bascially had no choice after what happened last night.

We can discuss this further later, Barbara. For now I'm afraid I have my hands full in Gotham. Good to hear though. Take care of yourself.

Barbara smiled slightly at his words, she menuvered around and tried tugging at the door. "I always love the way this place smells. Smells like garlic bread and man-- it's too good. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water."

"I'll get that" He opens the door for her and smiles. He takes a sniff.

"I see what you mean, I can smell it from here"

"I--" She huffed slightly. She wasn't used to too many getting doors for her. She always attempted to get at them herself, not matter how hard the struggle was.

"Thank you." she corrected herself quickly, as she made her way inside.

She smiled to the waitress who approached them with two menus. "For two?" she smiled, flipping her dark hair over her shoulder. The waitress was young, in her early twenties and wore black pants with a buttoned down dress shirt.

"Yes please."

She nodded. "This way then." She placed the two menus down. "Can I get you two anything to drink?"

"Um.. Water would be good for now." She got herself situated and smiled to Dick. "Always love this atmosphere..."

He turns to the waitress.

"Can I get a bottle of your best champagne please?"

He smiles at Barbara.

"I like it too, funny how the right person can make it that much more appealing though"
