Grandma left us some beautiful wooden desks and bookcases, so this week I'm cleaning out our loft in order to make room for the new furniture. This entails moving the gigantic stack of old photo albums to mom's room, which of course means that I'm spending most of my day poring over old pictures instead of actually moving stuff downstairs ( Read more... )

duuude, i totally looked at photos of my mom in her college days during spring break (almost typed spreak). there really wasn't much of that guy/drinking stuff in her albums though. although i guess it was there? no idea. i do know that my kids will be looking at a very abridged chronicle of my late teens and early twenties. haha...

and being emo and such while being sick is completely acceptable.
i do hope you feel better soon though :)

"you need to open up a lil and learn how to drink" HAHA almost all the adults i've grown up around would never say something like this. as a teenager i thought they all just didn't know what they wre talking about, so of course i rebelled and said to myself "i'll show them." then of course they gloated when i admitted to them later that i thought they were right about not drinking.

it's really weird looking through your grandma's high school yearbook and reading the things the guys would write to her; they were attracted and some of their hints were not subtle... i was way weirded out.

i think you should cry at the end of annie whether you're sick or not =) i actually went to yahoo movies and rated like 200 random movies... it's really cool actually cuz now it recommends what movies i think i would like and which ones i should stay away from. annie was actually one of the recommendations. i wonder how the web site does that.

still hope you feel better soon

Hehe...I am thinking "I'll show them;" it's just for the exact opposite situation. However, I refuse to give my family any reason to gloat. ;)

Oh, and thanks. <3 I hope you're doing well, and your sunburn doesn't hurt anymore.
