How do you respond to pressure?
Like most things in life I see things in terms of light and dark... good and bad.
The truth of the matter is that human concepts like good or bad is irrelevant in the end. In the grand scheme of things it's more about winners and losers. Its about folks who succeed verses those who lose. How a man responds to pressure has allot to do with whether they are victorious in life. Children can't handle pressure. Neither can cowards. Actually most can't seem to handle pressure well. Is why most never find the success they claim to desire.
Most followers can't handle pressure very well either. And sadly most folks are followers. Cause its allot easier to follow others like mindless sheep than risk failure as a leader. Leaders have to carry the weight of the world on their shoulders. Like the One True Slayer. Poor girl is responsible for the lives of an army of inexperienced, inept, inadequate... other words that start with in. Lets just say that when the goin' gets rough, most slayers get goin'. They got a bad habit of chokin' under the pressure. How anyone could expect them to save anyone is beyond me. The little lost lambs are lucky if they are able to save themselves from an early grave.
I almost pity those on the side of good. Weighed down by the burden of tryin' to save the world from evil. An impossibility seein' that darkness will always exist. The over-whelmin' majority of those who seek to do good, will discover only heartbreak and sorrow. For like countless others over the eons, they will fail. Be it due to the pressures of life, or due to flaws of character. In the end darkness awaits.
Now in terms of answerin' this question. I'm a winner. Ergo, I handle pressure like a pro. For like all winners, I know how to handle pressure. I don't get nervous or make mistakes. I don't meltdown. While others melt under pressure. Unlike the Wicked Witch of the West who melted from a bucket of water. Or other evil baddies that can't handle even the slightest set back. As the baddest of the bad, I respond to pressure like a champ.
