How do you act during a break-up?

Not being human and all. I've never had to worry about such things as break-ups. Ergo I've never acted one way or another durin' a break-up. But for the sake of argument, if I ever did have a break-up. Since I have evil in my name. You can bet your bottom dollar that I'd react badly. I'd be a total jerk. Or more accurately, I'd be an even bigger jerk than usual. I'd be upset and really angry. I'd be totally pissed off. and not just mad, but really... really mad. Really. Which is pretty much the same way I am most of the time. So a break-up wouldn't be that big of a deal to me.

When handling disappointments or set-backs. I do think it's better to react with anger, than to act like Buffy Summers or her foolish friends. They have a total meld-down after every break-up or mishap. When they get sad or depress-y. It's all tears and rocky road ice cream. They see it as something bad and horrible. They see it as the end of the world. But it doesn't have to be that way. A break-up, or anything bad for that matter. No matter how painful or terrible that it feels at the time. It can open the door to something new. And if they are willing to look at things from a new point of view. My perspective for example. If they could see things my way. Then the door would be opened to bigger and badder things. Success and greatness beyond their wildest imaginations. So it could be a good thing.

And that's what life is all about. Takin' the good with the bad. And accepting that allot of relationships will end badly. For endings are a necessary part of life. If break-ups didn't happen. Then things would stay the same. And that would make life pretty dull and boring, which would be a very bad thing indeed.
