The usual depression attendant at this time of year. . .Dad will have been gone 16 years this Thursday. Feeling older, diagnosed with high blood pressure and on medication for such. Had several bouts with flu this winter, missed work again today cause I felt like crap. On top of it all kind of a general malaise -- like I feel like I should be appreciating my life SO MUCH but just can't seem to give a rat's ass. You know the drill.

It is very nice to hear from you, however. :)
