Being a TV reporter is hard work and without computers it would even be harder. Computers play a main role for TV reporters. Computer monitors what goes on during the station. What the TV reporter’s say goes on a little screen on the TV but computers control that. Without computers they would have cue cards like they had in the old days. Cue cards are a waste of paper and a waste of time. They take forever to write on because you have to write big and clearly to read for the reporters. A computer you can type it in instead of handwriting it because typing in what the reporters have to say into the screen is much quicker and easier.
