Isn't it strange how most of England will celebrate St. Patrick's day even if they have no connection to Ireland what so ever, if you ask someone they can probably tell you what date it is on and most will make an effort by wearing

If I lived in a country with a patron saint, I would TOTALLY be all about that. I celebrate St. Paddy's Day because my family is hardcore Irish, but if I wasn't and if we were something else that had a patron saint, I would be SO down for that.
