oh oh, i didn't mean to imply that you were complaining, it sounds realllllllyyyy intimidating; but make it fun and he will be supportive; so are you singing, or playing? If you need any help with theory or anything, just ask me, i am pretty good with this stuff :P i can send you examples and stuff too :)

wow thats so amazing of you to offer your music-osity, thanksss - i'm playing/ attempting to play but it'll be classical duet-ish stuff i think... so i dont have to worry much about jazz theory i just bought a book that i will practice to death before saturday

i am in need of taking you up on your musical knowledge offer... about what tempo on a metronome would a song in "rondo" be at? its a waltz soo i've been playing it at like 72 but i really dont know

Doesn't "Rondo" just mean that the main theme is repeated (instead of being a tempo)?
