is this leprosy problem in the corner of your lips? if so, i've had this problem before and i can explain it. when it happens to me it's at first a somewhat raised, redish bump and then in a very short time it cracks and stays like that for a while. i talked to a doctor about it, and it's apparently a result of a vitamin B12 deficiency. It can go away with the help of a perscription steroid cream, or if you just leave it alone it'll go away hella slowly. either way, you can help this/prevent it by eating/drinking things with B12 (milk is one) and take multivitamins daily.
if this isn't the same thing, then uhh..sorry I couldn't help. hope it gets better?
hahah its not the the same thing, but i get those too sometimes. so now i know how to get rid of them! the skin around my lips, not excatly on them, gets all red and starts peeling sort of. i thought i fixed it by buying this creme lots of peopole told me about...cos it went away for a bit. but now its back!
