I wonder why your pictures look so pixelated. Weird.

I know. Isn't it awful? I don't know where to begin to even try to fix them.

Do they look this pixelated from the get-go or only when you've uploaded them to photobucket?

I noticed awhile back that when I save pics they only save as bmp. or ART. That's when things went wonky. I have to open Photoshop and change them to JPEG and that is when they become all pixelated and grainy. It was suggested that I clear my cache ??? whatever that means.
