Quincy Market was fun, clearly you have to go to the Commons, and you should try and make it over to Cambridge and see Harvard's campus, because it's gorgeous.

You weren't even going to call me were you? pfft. Well take the free tour of fenway. That's a gimmie. Just walking the the peremiter of the common will give more history and site seeing than you can in most city's in a week. Plus this is the perfect time of year to be there (except no ice skating). I would suggest making the walk from Quncy Market to the theater district and doing the common walk on the way. It'll take you from the statue of Red to the graveyard to the state house and the swan boats to the Charles Playhouse where you can see Blueman Group. Punk.

Of course I wasn't going to call! I don't have your phone number. Also, I'll be in Boston with my family, or the crazy people as you called them. Didn't think you would want to hang out ;-)

Thanks for the suggestions! Very helpful. I know there is some sort of walking tour you can take on your own which I might try if it takes me close to some of the places you recommended. Just wish I had longer. If I can steal a few hours away (and get your cell phone number) I promise to give you a heads-up.
