It's good to be home.

To be honest, I just wasn't sure what you'd think of them.

It's one thing to make them, it's another to see them again after the fact.

After what we faced, I thought you should know how I felt, and I'd prefer to give you the logs in person than just be a couple of PADD entries and a leftover EBS video log.

Incident or no incident, I'm still making that dinner. I don't like breaking promises, and I don't plan to anytime soon.
