Aww, I'm sorry about that then!
Man, on the permission slip, my dad wrote "unknown" under all my medical stuff, which I think is pretty funny. I have "unknown" bloodtype, allergies, and medication, but I don't think Mr. VanDeusen noticed how incomplete my medical information was.
