I think the theory behind it is that you will work faster in order to get your heart rate pumping and heat up your own body...little did they know that it is almost impossible to type when your hands are so cold that your fingers are numb.

I feel your pain. I brought in a mini heater for my cub.

That theory as well as the men have to wear suit jackets and they don't want them to overheat. There isn't one man in this office today that isn't wearing a t-shirt/golf shirt.

I believe a mini-heater is the right way to go! I will be getting one soon! :)
