Today I tried, for the third time, to dye my hair black with indigo. It seems to have finally worked, but still looks crappy because I'm terrible at dying my own hair. I might have to - *groan* - get some more to touch it up.
This time I made the paste thinner, and mixed it more thoroughly. I left the paste on for 7 hours.
This is the better side:
This is a badly-dyed area with a bizarre pink/purple streak. How the HELL did a streak that colour happen? At least it's hidden.
