1+2. Landlady sucks, but I'm glad to hear it's all beginning to work itself out and you won't be homeless (lol).

3. This happened once with a history paper. I'm convinced he didn't read it at all because I'm pretty sure I made up half of the sources and crap. OH WELL, BETTER FOR US.
