Ok well first ask them if they were really arrested. B/c if they were then that means you have to REALLY worry about them. And if they weren't, still worry but at least it hasnt gotten bad to the point where they were arrested. Then tell them how you feel. If they truely value your friendship and they care about you as much as you care about them than they will do something about thier problem. Now remember you should do this on a good day for them b/c if you dont they could just get even more upset and blow up in your face. So try to do it when they are in a good mood. Trust me! lol

Kristina, your advice was half-assed, inconclusive, and you always use the same lines about the value of relationships. instead of hormone injections, get brain cell injections.
