i definitely waited 4 days in between each food. I knwo plenty of people who just gave whatever, whenever...but it turns out it was a good thing I tested each food individually because my daughter has a peanut allergy and quite possibly some other allergies/sensitivities. It's just easier to figure out what the allergy is if you wait 4 days in between. otherwise, it doesnt matter much.
I did the "just give whatever" approach until I hit something that caused a major allergy and then scaled back and went very slowly from that point with that kid, not sure how I'll handle it with this kid mind you, probably go slow with the list of "known allergies" in the family and not worry much about everything else.
I gave it maybe 2 days. Now that she's almost 10 months, I don't really have anything in my dinner/lunch that she can't have. Bit yes, I waited to see of there was a reaction. The funny thing is, she's now having diarrhea and what not, and I am questioning whether it's food (probably isn't). Lol.
