Call CPC, say Mr. Nice Guy was watching you in the shower. When you confronted him about it he gave you $20 to be quiet about it. You decided not to say anything until he did it again. THen you called them.
Be sure you get the dates of when he did it right, and that you did INDEED take a shower on those days. Leave the door cracked open a bit on the dates you intend to use to shaft him.
