1. What did you do in 2004 that you'd never done before?
Turned 16, got my license, got my heart broken, broke laws, broke my car, became nice for a little bit
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't think I made a resolution. But I did what I wanted to do. And that's good enough.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
I gave birth to Ivanka -- my alter ego
4. Did anyone close to you die? LORETTA! HER BUMPER GOT KILLED! AND HER ENGINE WAS EXPLODING! but she's better now.
5. What countries did you visit?
No real countries, but i did have to ask myself where I was a couple of times.
6. What would you like to have in 2005 that you lacked in 2004?
The courage to say no. The courage to say yes. The courage to give my whole heart without fear of getting it back in pieces. The courage to give up my pride.
7. What date from 2004 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
The day I went to the Cubs' game and my world came crashing down. Go Mad. Halloween. August 14th. February 6th (i think)
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I don't know. I dont have many, and if i do, i dont remember them. Um. An acheivement to myself is being comfortable in my own skin and my own life.
9. What was your biggest failure?
August. And failed friendships.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Work. The biggest hinder to one's social life.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
My little dancing hula guy in my car. Gloves. New shoes.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Those who have chosen to change their lives. Suchas Keeley, Jacob, Dallas, etc. That's worth celebrating.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Most likely my own and those who faught around me, including my family. My family is retarded. Also a certain boy that made me sad beyond belief and looking back on it now i know he wasnt worth any of my anxiety.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Food, food, gas, insurance, bills, clothes, the lovely world of Wal-Mart, shoes, hair dye
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Napoleon Dynomite, The Notebook. I'm lame, all I care about is movies.
16. What song will always remind you of 2004?
"yeah" -usher just because it was always playing, "hey ya", "I love technology" "when i think about cheating"

happier or sadder? Happier. more at peace with my life.
thinner or fatter? thinner.
richer or poorer? poorer. thanks to jewel and marshall fields and the wonderful owners of Ford. well not really, thanks to me.
18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Smiled. Laughed. Slept.

Eating. Stressing out. Crying. Driving.
20. How will you be spending Christmas?
it's over but ok. i went to emil's and angela's and ate food. and in the morning i opened gifts and my close family came over for good food.

Yes.

That's not my scene.

"Friends" and im fucking addicted.."Seinfeld"
24. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
No.
25. What was the best book you read?
Im in the middle of reading Huck Finn for school and The Notebook fior the 3rd time and also Carribean Cruise that amanda gave me a while back.
26. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Country and screamo. I'm sort of out of the screamo now, but I still love country. And Gwen stefani because she's gorgeous with a killer voice. But you can go very far in life without a stereo or a walkman as long as you complain.
27. What did you want and get?
A car. A new cell phone that works. A stereo system. Empire Records Fan Edition. A smaller pant size. Good friends. Jacob.
28. What did you want and not get?
A smaller bra size. Napoleon Dynomite. A normal family. My bills to be paid off.

30. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I turned 16. I was really excited. No one called. No one made plans. I went out to eat with my family. A few days later my friends gave me some gifts. A few peopl said they didnt know. But it was also the day Amanda got back from vacation so no big deal.
31. What is one thing that would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Communication without fighting, being warm, not working all the time, not having a wrecked car, having someone i trusted all yea.
32. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2004?
T-shirt and jeans. I like sweaters. But very rarely do i dress up. Sweaters I wear on a daily basis, and i like pointy toed shoes.
33. What kept you sane?
If anything, my friends made me insane. In a good way. Mandie, Keeley, Amanda, and Abby were my favorite friends of 2004 although were not as close anymore because of something everyone knows about but no one says. Jacob, Dallas, and Opie surprisingly kept me down to earth for the past few months at least. Dan made me out of my mind in the first few months. Suzi and i were little girls eating mac and cheese.

Tom Cruiiiiiiiseeeeeee<333 Jerry Me fuckin guire. Or Ryan Gosling. OR NAPOLEON DYNOMITE!

Fucking, the election.

I met a lot of new people--all fabulous. But I'm going to go cheesy and say Jacob.

YOU CANT ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU WANNNNNNNT BUT IF YOU TRY SOMETIME YOU JUST MIGHT FIND! YOU GET WHAT YOU NEED!!. and dont fuck with loretta bobbit.
