Steve isn't simplistically patriotic, though! He would be giving current America (and 1940s America if he'd managed to get done with WWII without being frozen) some serious side-eye for not living up to his ideals and he would be working against the crap. STEVE. *_*

aw, no, i think there were just... the film, you know? (not that i expect subtlety from comic book movies!) so far, fic!steve is pretty sweet. though i am - god help me - more of a tony girl. even though just the trailer for IM2 made me angry. but he's BETTER in fic! and yet, in my head, still looks just like RDJ. win? or send help.
