kick boxing is a good idea cept i dont want you to get hurt fighting
really Physical things help alot like they seem like you would be dead after but they really energise your mind and body
today i went back to karate after a few months and i feel soo good now
i hope that you find something like that to help!! i love you and its a bad thing when you dont feel good. but its ok cause that just kinda helps us get closer??? i dunno but i guess the point is
1. I hope you feel better
2. Find something really physical to do
3. I love you!!!
