What is it, and why not find an online game somewhere?

it's a female Russian born in the Soviet era, a bit indoctrinated, parents were considered subversive elements so she was removed from their care and put in the care of Mother Russia when she was 1 or 2...

"Chosen" to be trained as a swallow for the KGB (not really given the option, because it was her duty, honour,...) when the wall fell, she became an "independant contractor"...

for the rest, not really sure need to write full background...

I prefer table-top games...
