This weekend is the one-year anniversary of my signing on to the Internet and discovering that I was not the only woman in the world who spent too much time thinking about Severus Snape. Happy 1 year anniversary!

Before then, I had no idea all the remarkable things “my" Snape had been doing down in the dungeons! Yes, well...lol

I'm a bit hesitant to enter this lovely competition...I fear I'll just embarrass myself!...

I just found your live journal today. I'm only just beginning to look at them and this is my first time to use the Comment.

I really enjoyed the entries in the Art Contest, the winner was well chosen. But I have to say there is something in the humorous way Grainne does her drawings that I like even better than the winner. The end results of Grainne's drawings are always funny, and the procedure she uses to accomplish it makes the whole thing even funnier.

This in no way should be taken as a criticism of Sigune's picture, I love Snape with Fawlks resting on his head. He wouldn't dare take a club to Fawlks. All the pictures were fun to look at, and I enjoyed the non-entries too. Her Snape with the pineapple hat and the tartan is great too. I forgot to sign the darn thing. Age is speeding up on me, not creeping.

There were so many excellent entries, that the judging was extremely difficult.

Now that you've found your way here, perhaps you'll be inspired to contribute a painting for the current contest. :-) Thanks for dropping by!
