I don't want to get married. There's nothing worse than a weddingparty if you ask me. I joined Olaf and his parents to an old colleague's wedding yesterday... Ok, maybe I didn't like it because I didn't know those people... No, that's nonsense... The party was just plain boring, even if I knew some people there. But I'm glad the newlyweds liked the ( Read more... )

What's euro night? A night where you celebrate having money by spending loads of it? Sounds like every night here in Ireland.

in our little disco you pay with coins that are usually €1.60 each. On Euro night they're only €1,- so that's really really cheap. The next logical step is that a lot of kids visit the club and get drunk and throw up all over my bar :(

sounds like a great night! what's the age limit over there?

it's 18 here, but we have a really good group of doormen around the city who are very good at keeping out the kiddies...

what's it like over your end?

It's sixteen over here, unfortunately :P Believe me, having a bunch of gigling 16 year old girls at your bar is extremely annoying.

As for alcoholic drinks it depends on the amount of alcohol. When you're sixteen you're allowed to drink beer, wine and other "light" drinks as long as the alcohol keeps under 15%. Strong drinks are allowed from the age of eighteen.

Of course no one cares about these rules :P
