dont feel disgusting or filty..you didn't do anything wrong. if you feel like you made a mistake, its too late to erase it, but you've learned for the future.
Try not to think about everything too much. It is normal and healthy and all to think about the past, what you could have done differently or what you would have done the same. It is normal and healthy and all to think about the future and what you want to do and how you can plan for anything that you want to happen. However, this is how it really is (to me): The only time is right now. Past and future are irrelevant. The present is where you exist, and it is the only time and place you are. You can attempt to right the wrongs of the past or keep yourself from making mistakes in the future. However, the past can never change and the future is always uncertain. Live for the present because that's all you've got. People are usually much more understanding than you'd think. Sometimes you just need to talk about things to figure them out.
