I just found a $26,000 error on my fafsa. An error that was working against me. Wow.

how did that happen? how did you find out?

it had to do with my parents and income calculations. i don't even know how i overlooked it until now...i saw their tax papers on the desk and decided to double check things. luckily i caught it before school started. but it's definitely going to screw things up until it's all cleared up.

I have this feeling mine is screwed up too because I received almost nothing, and I'm not financially stable enough to afford the full tuition.

The fafsa funds are probably all gone by now though.
