I woke up this morning and found out it was actually the afternoon. More like 2ish. Half open my eyes scan, they scan for life they scan for movement they scan for an exit, for this is not home to me. I lift a limb off of me it’s soft, white, lifeless. Female. I sit up and as far as the eye can see are collage students some high school students
