I moved to Houston when I was nine and a half, after living in Tokyo since I was about a year old. It was pretty traumatic, not only because I lost my friends and the lifestyle I was used to, but because I felt like a sideshow attraction at my new schools. I basically felt a lot weirder than I ever had in Tokyo, where about half of the people I knew where also expats' kids.
♥2. Marilyn Manson said, "People don't keep journals for themselves, they keep them for other people. Like a secret they don't want to tell, but they want everyone to know.” What sort of information is contained in your Live Journal? Is it friends-only? Why/Why Not? Prove you have brains behind that beauty
I made my LJ around two weeks ago, and I have posted absolutely NOTHING in it. I fail this question. I suck.
♥3. If you had to give up one IMPORTANT thing in your life, what would it be? Explain why you think you could live without it.
If I had to give up one important thing in my life, I would probably give up on my education. I know that sounds like the lamest thing in the world to say, but I do feel that I have been sufficiently educated to get a GED and go to a college without continuing where I am. I don't think I'd like it, but I've been at a very good school since the 6th grade, and I think I could handle it.
♥4. What point in your life so far have you felt the most confident and perfect? Explain the scenario and your feelings attached to it. Provide a picture if possible.
One of the ballet teachers I had last summer is a fairly well-known contemporary ballet choreographer, and was a dancer for Joffrey back in the sixties. Anyway, she told me to come look her up in a few years because she thought she could really use someone like me as a dancer. I was like, GASP.
