This may gross a lot of people out but I was wondering if anyone here has ever done a colon cleanse. My friend is going to, and I've been doing a lot of research online and some of the things that "come out" are absolutely disgusting. I'm thinking of doing it and wondering what products you have used if any.

I'm doing good staying on points, this will be my 4th week on weight watchers so far I'm down 3 lbs, wish me luck for monday!
