Just slightly later than the rest of the world i finished HP last night at one in the morning (would have been faster but was at my grandparents for 2 days and had A LOT of washing to do - why am i making excuses to you lot)

( even though i know for a fact everyone who is going to read it has done SPOILERS AHEAD )

JK does tend to over-explain everything; I guess cos it's meant to be a kid's book. Although by now most of the readers are nearing their 20's...

Oh yes. There are going to be too too many angsty Snarry badfics, featuring unsuitable amounts of rape and the use of flashbacks.

Anyone else think the death itself was kinda anticlimax-y. he should have exploded or something.
XDDD Yeah I thought that. But I saw it as rather than exploding, Voldie just slowly deflates with that high-pitched wheezy noise balloons make.

I don't think McG says quite the same thing in Latin... Or there would be some copyright issues, I think. It would be AWESOME if she did though :DD What was it? TREGUNA, MEKOITES, AND TRACORUM SATIS DEE. Which is NOT EVEN LATIN. Or anywhere near (apart from the word 'satis' which means 'enough ( ... )

In my group on the course i'm on at the moment, there is a girl who teaches Welsh. If you want it translated I could ask her? You don't have to by the way - just thought I'd make the offer as there aren't that many people around who speak Welsh.

Haha XDXD lol no it's ok. My grandparents are Welsh - if we really cared we could get them to translate but we won't be bothered, I expect. We didn't seriously think it was a document signing off the rights to his soul... But thanks for the very sweet offer <3 XDDD

I have to confess that I had my doubts about the soul selling thing to! I just know how curious I would get over something like that.
On another note, Kim refuses to lend me Queer As Folk (uk) saying that I will hate it! How could I hate anything written by RTD?!??!?!?!?!?
