that's like the story of the noble who hired a bunch of peasants to build a wall or a bridge or something to honor the emperor, and it took ages to finish but when it was finally done, the emperor found out that he (the noble) had paid his workers, accused him of trying to foment a rebellion, and had the noble and his whole family executed. lawl
