I drew this after I finished my essay on Clarice Lispector's The Hour of the Star. Both my essay and this drawing are titled "Strawberry Season". The book, by the way, is heartbreakingly beautiful. I think I shall do more sketches and things about Macabea, maybe one of her in a cul-de-sac vomitting stars. Yeah.

So this is college.

I like it, but I'm not sure how much. I am completely in love with this place though, but the feeling is somewhat foreign, a strange displacement between being gloriously overwhelmed and completely underwhelmed.
