very intriguing story. I really enjoyed reading it. The fact that you left everything vague and unexplained heightened the mystery and tension. Poor John. I still loved the vibe btw him and sherlock. Hope you plan on adding more in this verse?

Well, we all know the story of John and Sherlock isn't over yet, it just seemed like a good way to leave it off. I'm glad you did! I was trying for something a little darker in its own way and I'm please you commented on it!

That was a wonderful ending.

I particularly liked these lines: John whined a mix of incentive and awed praise (and it was a little irritating to know his brilliant deductions could elicit the same tone as a hand on his dick could. Sherlock felt offended, like there should be a difference in there somewhere.)

I can definitely see him being indignant about that.
